Extension due date of Income tax Return

New Delhi, 31st July, 2017

Central Board of Direct Taxes extends income tax returns filing Due date to August 5 for Individuals (The last date for filing income tax returns of audited firm and company etc. is 30.09.2015).

Central Board of Direct Taxes to facilitate the e-filing of Income tax return, it is decided to give extension of five days for e-filing of return. The return can be filed upto 5th Aug, 2017,Because there is a problem connecting the Aadhar card due to different names in the Pan and Base Databases.
